1. Delivery and Logistics

1.1. Shipping Deadlines

     Regions Served

     Southeast and South: 3 to 7 business days

     Central-West, Northeast and North: 7 to 12 business days

     Term Counting

     The deadline starts in business days after confirmation of payment and separation of the order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays).

1.2. Modalities and Carriers

     Mail

     PAC (economical, with full tracking)

     Sedex (express)

     Partner Carriers

     Available for orders over R$1,500, with the option of scheduled delivery or express shipping .

1.3. Freight Calculation and Costs

     The shipping cost is calculated at checkout according to weight, dimensions, zip code and mode.

     Cost differences may be charged or refunded after order confirmation.

1.4. Order Tracking

     You will receive the tracking code via email and WhatsApp as soon as the order is posted.

     Track the route on the Post Office or carrier website.

1.5. Reverse Logistics of Packaging

     We adopted the “I Recycle” Seal , allocating resources to the recycling of post-consumer packaging.

     Each invoice from partner cooperatives is tracked to ensure transparency and environmental responsibility.


2. Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

2.1. Right of Withdrawal

According to art. 49 of the CDC (Law 8.078/1990) , you can cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days from receipt, without needing to justify.

2.2. General Conditions

     Products in perfect condition , with no signs of use, with original packaging and label, accompanied by invoice.

     We do not exchange promotional or personalized (custom-made) products, except for manufacturing defects.

     Returned items are not refundable for shipping fees or taxes paid on the original shipment.

2.3. Refund or Exchange Options

  1. Choosing a product of the same value.

  2. Coupon for exchange of the value of the item(s), valid for 15 calendar days, usable only once.

  3. Refund of the amount paid , minus shipping.

  4. If the order had a discount coupon , the refund or exchange will be calculated based on the amount actually paid.

2.4. Application Procedure

     Please provide: order number, reason for exchange/return and, if there is a defect, photos of the product.

     We will get back to you within 2 business days with the address and shipping instructions.

2.5. Refund Deadlines

     Credit card : refund within 60 days , according to the administrator's cycle.

     Bank slip : credit to the account holder within 30 days , as per bank processing.


3. Legal Warranty and Maintenance

3.1. 90-Day Warranty

     All products have a legal warranty of 90 (ninety) days for manufacturing or material defects, provided they are not caused by improper use or storage.

     Proven defects are sent to our factory and repaired within 40 days , free of charge.

3.2. Warranty Exclusions

     Does not cover damage due to misuse (contact with chlorinated water, salt, sand, chemicals or abrasives, shocks, falls, excessive exposure to the sun, rain, etc.).

3.3. Bathing Service Over 1 Year

     We offer gold or silver herd within 1 year of purchase regardless of use.

     The service includes a cost proportional to the value of the part + shipping at the customer's expense.
