At YAR, each piece is created with attention to every detail — and your right to choose is respected with the same care.

Our commitment is to your satisfaction, which is why we provide a clear, transparent policy that is aligned with the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078/1990).


1. Right of Withdrawal

You can request a return due to purchase regret within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the order, in accordance with Art. 49 of the CDC .

It is not necessary to justify the reason, but the item must be returned in perfect condition.


2. Conditions for Exchange or Return

For the exchange or return to be accepted, it is necessary that:

  • The part has no signs of use or damage;

  • Be returned with the original packaging , labels and invoice ;

  • The product has not been customized or made to measure (except in the case of a manufacturing defect);

  • Items on sale are not eligible for exchange or return, except for defects or faults.


3. Available Options

You can choose between:

  1. Exchange for another product of the same value, subject to availability;

  2. Digital exchange voucher for the value of the item, valid for 15 calendar days and usable only once;

  3. Refund of the amount paid , with shipping costs discounted.

  4. If you used a discount coupon , the amount to be refunded or exchanged will be the amount actually paid.


4. How to Apply

  • Order number;

  • Reason for exchange or return;

  • In case of defect, please attach clear photos of the part .
